These A to Z alphabet crafts are a fantastic way to start teaching letters to your preschoolers!

Learning letters is an extremely important skill for preschoolers that will take time and patience.

How to make learning letters fun and engaging?

The answer is simple.

Through play, exploration, repetition, and crafts kids will love to learn letters.

So let’s make it fun!

I have compiled a list of creative ways to teach letters through alphabet crafts from A to Z.

As an added bonus these activities will also improve fine motor skills.

So get out those scissors and glue, and let’s get started.

A-Z Alphabet Craft Ideas

  • A is for Alien – This isn’t your typical ‘A’ word but this A-Z alphabet craft is sure to spark your child’s imagination!
  • B is for Butterfly – This simple butterfly craft will make an absolutely adorable window decoration.
  • C is for Candy – This snack-tivity is sure to be a favorite! What kid doesn’t love candy?
  • D is for Dot – Q-tips and paint is all you need to create this super cute ‘D’.
  • E is for Egg Carton – Add some colorful pom poms to an egg carton and create this cool ‘E’.
  • F is for Flower – Go pick some flowers and make this beautiful ‘F’.
  • G is for Grass – Another springtime letter which uses real or fake grass. Such a cute A to Z alphabet craft you won’t want to skip!
  • H is for Hot Air Balloon – OMG – this ‘H’ is so cute! I love it!
  • I is for Ice Cream – Preschool Crafts has multiple ‘I’ crafts but my favorite is Ice Cream!
  • J is Jack-O-Lantern – Have you ever used puffy paint before? It’s so cool!
  • K is for Kiss – Scroll Down to ‘K’ and have fun making this kissing ‘K’.
  • L is for Leaves – Go on a Fall Scavenger hunt to find some unique leaves for the letter ‘L’.
  • M is for Minion – Oh, those minions! Full of excitement and life! This A to Z alphabet craft is too!
  • N is for Night Sky – This sensory activity uses play dough to create a night sky ‘N’.
  • O is for Olaf – This Disney, Frozen themed ‘O’ craft is sure to get your kids attention.
  • P is for Popcorn – Yummy! Popcorn is my favorite snack! Let’s eat some while we make a ‘P’.
  • Q is for Question – Preschoolers are full of curiosity and questions. Give this ‘Q’ a go and ask your preschooler the questions for a change.
  • R is for Rain – Create this ‘R’ on a rainy day and add some puddle jumping to the fun!
  • S is for Sun – Sun shiny days are the best! Go outside, enjoy some sunshine and make this letter ‘S’.
  • T is for Tree – There are so many possibilities with this one. What type of tree are you going to make in this A-Z alphabet craft?
