"I got this recipe from a wife of a co-worker. The recipe is called "Peanut Butter Cookies" but they are honestly the best peanut butter cookies that I have ever tasted in my life. I have not made these myself before because my boyfriend isn't crazy about peanut butter cookies so I do not know how much the recipe will make so I am going to give it my best estimated guess. For all of you peanut butter cookie lovers, I really hope that you enjoy this recipe as much as I did."

Looks like a great recipe! Before trying, the written directions say to cream the PB with the butter and sugar, but also says to add the PB gradually after the flour mixture. Which is correct?

Very very good peanut butter cookies! I just baked this recipe yesterday and again today (today I doubled it). No tweaks I baked as is. Received many compliments!

Very tasty, soft & chewy. I used extra crunchy Skippy (OH NO!) Forgot to add baking powder but it turned out great. Only made a baker's dozen. Ate four before the pic was taken.

Added a Tbsp of molasses, used Jiff's extra chunky peanut butter and a half bag of peanut butter chips! Triple this recipe or they will be gone before they can cool.

Yummy! I had to add a little extra flour but the outcome was exactly as described - soft and chewy. I think I prefer a richer, more peanutty cookie, but these were delicious nonetheless.

Not terrible, but NOT the "best" either. On the dry side. Taste is ok but most important I think the name of the cookie should be changed lol

So sweet my wife couldn’t eat even one of them. Expect a sweet overdose from these. I kind of like them but maybe at a two to three star level at best.

This is way way to sweet, overpowers the peanut butter flavor. My tweak would be to use one half the amount of brown sugar. Also add 1/3rd cup salted peanuts to make it more nutty and less about all sugar. Also do not repeat do not roll them in sugar before baking.

Mixed in one tablespoon of molasses before adding dry ingredients.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 11 years now. We live on 40 acres and have 6 dogs and 4 Tennessee Walkers. We both work a lot of hours so there is never enough time in a day to get everything done. I absolutely love the outdoors. I also enjoy lifting weights, reading and playing with all of my beautiful animals. I absolutely love, love and love to cook. I like to cook a variety of things and also like love to bake. I like to just get in the kitchen and experiment with different things. If something does not turn out for me such as pie crust or gravy I will keep trying until I can make it work. Only problem is, when I finally make it work it may not work again the time after that. It is fun though and I do consider myself a pretty good cook for the most part. I also love slow cooker recipes. Those are my most favorite in the winter months.
